I grilled some massive pork chops. Darn they were good. On top of that, we tried grilled banana's and with some whipped creme on top, they are darn good too.

i did fried catfish, hush puppies, and coleslaw last night. boy, the house stinks this morning.

We had homemade friend chicken the other night at my in-laws. My MIL tried making hush puppies for the first time. We all agreed they were horrible. Tasted like fried sawdust. The chicken, however, was wonderful.

We do the bannas on the grill also with homemade carmel and ice cream.
