Hi I have a 150hp Evinrude and need the year
Model number is E150TRLCIH
Help would be great

Thanks all for your help I went to start up and I have a flat cylinder one is at 60psi and one at 90 psi the rest at 120psi.
Looks like I blew a ring in the 60 psi one and is not good the other a little scuffing but not bad anyone have any knowledge of these ones or tricks I have only had this motor a year.

You'll be looking at a complete teardown and overhaul at this point. How far you need to go will depend on the cylinder wall conditions/wear.

you will need a manual motor specific.
take a lot of pictures , you will need to tear down and send block to outboard engine machine shop not automotive ,at that point they will tell you what holes you will have to do , as you disassemble you will need to inspect everything ,bearings .crank i take to the machine shop ,and have checked .
its a pretty good size project if never done before ,just finished mine .
