My trolling motor kicks on/off on medium to high speeds. I have new batteries fully charged. It only does this in the water under a load, not out of the water. Any suggestions on the fix ?

If it turns off, then comes back on a little later only to repeat the cycle, the circuit breaker is tripping and resetting because the breaker is either too small, it has de-rated (meaning it can no longer carry its rated current), or there is fish line wrapped around the motor or dry bearings causing it to draw more current than normal.
