Need help with outboard year, gas mixture, and sparkplug info

I recently aquired a Johnson 9.9 Seahorse outboard engine. The model number is 10R79B and the serial number is E5038248. Can anyone help me out with the year of the motor, the fuel mixture I should be using, and the correct spark plug to use and its gap distance?

Looks like a 1979 9.9 Johnson. Fuel mix 50:1
Can't find my plug chart at the moment, other's will be along shortly with that info.
