1996 fourwinns Volvo trim / tilt issue

Hello I have a 96 Fourwinns u-19 with a Volvo DP drive and 5.8 motor.
The trailering mode stopped working. I can trim the drive just fine. but it will not trailer. Checked the switch and wiring back to the pump and all is fine.
Any input is appreciated.

I don't know the official answer but I have the same thing on my '96 200. Still the engine completely clears the keel in the full up tilt position. I suspect with the four winns swim platform design that the "trailer" position" is not used.
