Been reading on all the charging problems people are having..Just an FYI before you start changing rectifiers,regulators,stators....check the battery...take it from experience my battery was checked out as good however when I started the motor it started over charging at 1200 rpm 16v typical regulator symptom...So I said what the heck I put my trolling motor battery I its place guess what 13.6 volts at all rpm's So I put the other on a 10amp charger the charger meter showed the battery was dead I let it sit a while until the meter started moving and the battery was really boiling I put a volt meter on the battery while still on the charger 16volts just like in the boat.....I took the charger off the battery came back about 10 min later put the charger back on showed it was dead again...The battery still started the motor fine XR2 150...But defiantly a bad battery...of course it is 10 year old Delco Voyager....
