Owner's manual for 1981 Glastron SSV-168

I bought a 1981 Glastron SSV-168 from a friend this past weekend, but he didn't have the owner's manual. I've never owned a boat before and would really like to locate the original manual. Glastron only stocks parts for five years, and this baby is 27 years old. If anyone has a manual they can send/sell me or know of a source to download one, I'd really appreciate it.

You'll never find an owner's manual for your particular boat. And from what I understand they are pretty worthless anyway. None of the Glastron parts will be available. However, a manual for your specific motor and drive is worth it's weight in gold! Try to find a factory repair manual for your exact motor instead of a clymer's or seloc manual that tries to cover multiple models and years. I got mine on eBay for my '73 Johnson.

Post what engine,drive and year you have.We can find you the original factory manual.It will have all the info you need.
The actual boat owners manual is near useless for working on it anyway.
