Default starting a 50 hp 1989 2cyl evinrude
I have a VOR 50 hp evinrude. IT starts nice when the tilt is up, just enough to have water into the pump but as soon as I let the tilt down the engine dies off. This happens when the engines still warming up. What is going on?

sounds like carb floats out of adjustment flooding the motor. tilted the carb drain.
