yes, we can, but it might take longer than 3 or 4 minutes!
Your carbs each have 2 fixed jets behind screw plugs - the hi-speed jet at the bottom, and the one you're referring to, the idle jet at the top. All these screws should be installed tight - any air gets in there, performance will suffer.
Did you have some symptoms you're trying to correct?
