I have a 1980 Chaparral Boat (19' bowrider, 194 model). At the stern of the boat there is a small livewell. This has a plug in it for draining directly out the bottom. It also has what appears to be another drain hole toward the engine side of this livewell which is not plugged. There is water up to the level of the hole which doesn't seem to be draining. How can I drain this? What could be obstructing this? I have felt around for some plug and/or blockage with no success. It appears to have no way to exit out the rear plug.
