Engine is 1999 SX200TXRX.
Working on the boat yesterday, checked the TPS setting and got the following settings with engine off:
Reference Voltage (Orange-Red) = 5.04V
Output Voltage @ Idle (Pink-Orange) = 0.62V
Output Voltage @ Full Throttle (Pink-Orange) = 3.92V
I hadn't checked it before, but I expected the Output Voltage at full throttle to be up around 5V. The idle reading was taken with the throttle links still connected (ie not fully closed) but the last time I checked the fully closed voltage it was right around .5V
Is the 3.92V too low? I know I can run 5400+ RPM on the water.
