Standard Plugs for 85 OMC 5.7 litre?

I am wanting to replace sparkplugs and wires on my 85 Cobalt. I'm not sure the current plugs are correct. Can anyone tell me what brand(s) and part number(s) plus heat range plugs are recommended for low speed moderate use? Thanks!

Ayuh,......

Your motor uses AC Delco, MR43T Sparkplugs.......
