Help on VP 275 bellows hose pin hole leak

When I took the boat out of the water today, I noticed a pin hole leak
in the big rubber hose at the bottom of the outdrive that connects to
the stern. This must be the bellows hose, and the pin hole leak is at the
bottom. How serious is this, and how big a repair job to change this hose???

It's a drain hole for the exhaust bellows. It's supposed to be there to allow the water out.
