Yamaha Fuel Management Gauge

I can no longer read the gauge when in use. Do I need to replace the whole gauge or are there repair kits for the crystals in the gauge. Dealer is trying to sell a new gauge. Does anybody have any ideas please??????

I thought of having a glass company cut a new circle for me. I don't know how to remove old glass. Any have knowledge of how to replace glass?
