does anybody know if OMC ever made a gas tilt assist for the late 70's 35 hp. i have a CMC unit on my 30hp honda but with this 35hp i would just like a little help tipping it up. a new CMC unit costs as much as the motor is worth. and i assume OMC must have made a T&T unit for the motor for use on a pontoon boat. but i am looking for something plain and simple.
