i have a 1985 or there abouts yamaha 75hp 2 stroke outboard, what is the correct fuel mix??? im using 50/1 at the moment but i dont know if this is correct also it has trouble picking up the revs under load! if i rev it in neutral from idle it takes a while to pick up but at high revs it seems ok could this be fuel mix or plugs?????????
First, you need to tell us the exact model from the data plate. What spark plugs are in the motor? When were they changed? When were the carburetors cleaned or rebuilt? When was the fuel filter cleaned? When was the fuel pump changed?
