Where can I find the original tach gauge for a '99 Monterey Montura 236 BR Tach Gauge

I'm new into boating and I'm looking to buy a Monterey Montura 236 BR and the Tachometer gauge is not working (moving) where can I get a replacement or have it fixed?

I've searched in the internet in all kinds of ways but can't find anything. I would hate that this non-working tachometer gauge be the reason for me walking away from this boat.

Have you tried Monteray directly or a Monterey dealer?
