need help on torque setings for 89' evinrude engine v4 cylinder heads please reply will be working on it this weekend

Crossflow heads are 18-21ft/lbs. I have no idea what looper heads are torqued to.

What model are you working on?

I believe you should go 14 -16 ft/lbs and then 18 - 21 ft/lbs as stated.

Be sure to follow the proper sequence as per your manual. Starting in the middle and working out in a clockwise circular fashion.
