I performed a resistance test on the low speed(blue/bluewt) and meter reads OL. I recently purchased a DVA from mercury but my meter indicates an unsafe voltage reading when trying to test the stator peak voltage. My meter is a fluke 179 and it is also about a month old I would think it wouldnt have a problem reading 400VDC or am I wrong
I am not sure about your meter so I went to the Fluke site and checked they do not list it as a direct voltage meter so if you don' have a DVA with it you cannot capture the systems peak voltage.
