Removing Old Wax?

I was wondering what is the best way to remove old wax that has been applied to the hull throughout the years? Will MEK work or is that to severe of a chemical to use? I also heard that maybe white vinegar would work. Any thoughts? Thanks guys!

I usualy use Dawn dish soap on everything I use wax on.

I agree with the dish soap! Wwash it a few times and it will be gone. It doesn't work too well with some waxes out there that have the teflon in it. You could get a can of wax and grease remover from any good paint supply store to get this off.​
