I bought a 1987 18.6ft starcraft center councel that was sitting in the water for 2 weeks took it to the car wash to clean bottom but not enough pressure to clean it. got it home and scraped off the slime and barincals off with a plastic putty blade. Now I am left with a rough hull with barnical marks. Are there any chemicals that can be used to remove what is left over? Viniger did nothing.

86bonito Starbrite makes a Hull Wash. It's an Acid cleaner. It at Wall Mart's. It says on the bottle for Fiberglass or Aluminum.
