Mercury 15hp 4-stroke won't pull start after oil light came on

I shut the engine down immediately after the oil light came on. Next morning I put oil in it but it won't pull start. The rope seems to be seized. Any hints?

Pull the spark plugs and spray some WD-40 or the likes in the bore and let soak a few mintues and try again. You may have a little seizure problem if there was no oil.
