Ihave a mercury 40 hp jet with a 60 hp head 02-03 it happens intermittenly but when you go to 1/2 throttle our better the motor will just dye off and makes a rapid tapping noise like the cylinders are loading up with fuel it will restart and run at low throttle need advice
