i have a 1969 v4 johnson 85hp hydro electric drive outboard
over the years keys were lost and ingition butcherd by screw driver trying to find new ingition or how to hot wire

Just go to your local OMC/BRP dealer and buy a new ignition switch and key.

383493 or 386947 is the part number for your ignition switch, dash mount type

try this site for replacement part or ebay
