I have a Johnson 70 1998 and the temperature alarm goes off and engine into SLOW but the engine does not feel hot to touch. Could this be a sensor problem or a stuck thermostate? And what temperature should the engine be running at? All advice/suggestions will be most welcome. Many thanks.
