I am in the middle of removing the inside of my boat to fully replace the deck and carpet....but my motor is in the down position and I need to get my boat into the garage as it is too cold for the glue I will be using.I have all the electrical disconnected (and in quite a mess).....will it damage anything in the tilt/trim unit to lift the motor to the travel position manually? I wouldn't think so but better to ask than be lifting the motor for the rest of its life......

You will have to open the manual relief valve in the TNT pump to raise it.
