Old Evinrude, looking for info

Me and a friend have ran across this motor and was just looking for some info on it. All that we can find are a few numbers. One is stamped on a plate that seems to be the serial number: 70310 0602 and the other two are on what seems to be the heads: 101900 and 101901. It's a 4 cylinder motor. Thanks.

Have been doing alot of research on this thing, and can't come up with much information about it. Was just wondering if someone might know anything about it. Here's some numbers we have found: 70310 0602 on a plate, and 101900 and 101901 found on the heads. Thanks.
