Advice Needed to Convert Tiller to Stick Control

I would like to convert my Lowe 1457 Sea Nymph to a stick steer setup, is there a system that is universal to convert any tiller steer outboard? If the answer is no, I have a decent home shop and good fabrication skills so what should I look for in a used system?

this was mine with stick steering, this was my 3rd boat with it.

I would use the Evinrude 6hp and eventually an Evinrude or Johnson 15hp.
