Was this after just one test? The rule of thumb is 10% difference from each cylinder. I would give it (all cylinders) another comp. test and see if you get the same results.
I have a 1999 250EFI with 120-115 psi in all cylinders, so your numbers are in a good range.
Like Hans said, it really isn't all that bad, but......
If it really concerns you try doing a de-carb then retest, it's possible that you have an accumulation of carbon beginning to stick the rings in that cyl. Which could lead to bigger problems later.
