Default quick question..9.8 mercury 110 outboard carb question

I was wondering if anyone on here can help me out.
I'm just bought this motor and I'm trying to figure out what year it is so I can order a carb kit for it (was told upon buying that the motor ran but rough, and the carb needed to be re-built)
From cross referencing the serial number which is #4245783 I figured it to be a 1975. But it doesn't look like a 75 motor to me... But what do I know
I live in Canada so it may be a Canadian engine but not sure.
The carb says Mercarb on one side and on the other it has 1364-4929 stamped on the body and Tillotson stamped on the blue plastic piece.
Then on the back of the motor (picture) it has a sticker with
P/N 339-6222A4 Feb 04 1986
I'm going to attempt to attach a few pictures I took of it to help out.
Thanks everyone!
Ben

Your motor is a US built 1975 with a tillison carb the part number for the merc kit if 1399-879194026 it's $74.90 US if I were you I would get an sierra gasket kit #18-7007 and inlet needle #18-7295 for about $12.00 US if you need a float it's #18-7209

Thanks!!! If it's running rough do you think its worth buying the 75 dollar kit? or try just shooting some carb cleaner through there at idle to see if I can clean it out? I'm a bit of a newbie when it comes to outboards and don't want to cheap out if it's needed, but on the other hand don't want to buy a bunch of things I don't need
Thanks again!!

So in other words you'd go for the carb cleaner?
