is there a big performance difference between these two other than quietness and a little better gas mileage. (for use on a 22ft CC offshore)

depends on the model number of the 150, its made in several versions of 2 stroke technology.
the F200 is a solid little motor but if your hull is rated for it go with the F225.

it's not the HDPI or vmax model...it's a regular carbed 2-stroke

do you get much for a trade in with low hours....say 30? i'm thinking of either going with a 200 or 225. i've heard the 225 is actually about 500 cheaper for some weird reason
