help with pedestal seat mount

I am finally allowed to get another boat!!! YAY!!! I have my eye on a 21 foot fishmaster. I am wondering if anyone know if there are any support or other issues with installing pedestal seat mounts and potentially a ski pole. Any help appreciated.

Only thing I noticed on my fish-n-ski was that the pedestal base was installed without using washers on the underside, when I reassemble there will be large heavy duty washers to distribute the load. The fishing deck where it's installed is massively thick fiberglass and wood, so it can take the load. Maybe someone else has run across a few more gotcha's.
