Yamaha '97 30hp lower unit Drain Plug

What is the diameter of the hole to refill the lower unit lube? I have a pump for the qt bottles with a 3/8 - 16 attachment and it is too big and need to find one that fits, sheesh this is irritating. Thanks!

buy the adapter from lubramatic.
best I remember the thread size is 8x1.25mm.
lubramtic sells an adpter that fits your pump and yamaha gearcases.
