Need help hooking up the steering wheel cable & throttle cable (25 horse Mariner)

I recently bought a 25 Horse Mariner boat motor & can not figure out how to hook up the steering wheel cable or the Throttle cables. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

ps. I'm new to the forum so if I'm not giving enough info just let me know!

what year is the 25 hp?
what are you mounting it on?
what motor was on the boat before?
