I don't have an Ultima, but I do have a 19' Smoker Craft Osprey DLX (2003 model year). GREAT boat for the money. Well built, tough, amazing in rough water. Very stable. I'm running quite a bit of motor on it (150 Honda 4 stroke and a 9.8 Tohatsu 4 stroke) so there is a significant amount of weight on the transom, but I have no problems. I'd highly recommend the Smoker Craft boats. They don't have the fit and finish of a nice welded aluminum boat, but they don't cost near as much either!
