Check the oil resevoir level first thing, ensuring it is full.
If full, is the motor running at normal speed? If it is, it is likely an internal valve or passage way blocked,or the pump, in which case a manual with the proper hydraulic testing will be needed. If it is not, and sounds to be running slower than normal, check battery voltage and the connections for corrosion. If that checks out, remove the motor from the manifold and now run it in both directions. If the motor still does not run at normal speed, it will definately need to be replaced or rebuilt, hopefully the latter, since it will be cheaper. If it now runs at a normal speed however, turn the pump by hand and check for binding. The pump will likely be the culprit now.
