Charleston, SC - Places to See

Im going to be in Charleston this summer and after having been there last year, Im dying to get some boating in there. So, where are the places to see, avoid, any shallows/other hazards in the harbor? I have a 15 ft. , but still would love to spend a few days in the harbor, perhaps in the ocean near the mouth of the harbor.

Can anyone point out locations of boat launches around Charleston (nearest the harbor)??

Also, where can I get a depth chart of the harbor?
