Is it possible to get more HP out of this motor with out any major mods. Different carbs, mill the heads?.....

I should not even open this can of worms, but some 25s have a adapter plate that restricts air flow behind the carb, opening the plate and the reed stops .015 to .020 beyond factory spec will have a small increase in RPM

This 25hp model wouldn't happen to be also a 35hp engine with say a plate restrictor or a detuned engine?

Im trying to get as much out of this motor now that it will be running at nearly 8000ft, were rejetting and reproping also.
