seat covers

Is there any place anyone knows of that i can just put covers on the seats instead of replacing them???
also any tips on reupholestring a boat?? thanks Erik

you can recover any seat. foam may need replacing. frame need repair. professionally auto seatcover shops are usually cheaper the marine shops.

Depending on what you want and on how bad shape your existing seats are in, it may be cheaper just to buy new. There are new seats available that are relatively cheap. I had mine recovered, and it cost me about $650, with me making new frames because the old ones were rotten. Now is a good time, because this tends to be a slower time for upholsterers.

back to back loungers with side piping can be kinda tricky to re uph your self.

however any bench type seat is very easy....

so it depends what seat type... if you go the do it your self uph route
