Old Johnson 9.5

I looked on Johnson website but it only goes back to '68. I am sure this little 9.5 is older than that. The numbers are MQ-10S/J2425749. Just using a little simple math, I am thinking this might be a '64 model year engine as the '68 was a MQ-14S ??? Anyone out their have any idea if I am right or not ??? Your help is appreciated :)

As ezeke said. Those are about the differences. The '64 had a lousy mounting system and idled poorly because of it, compared to the '66-up models. However, the newer ones have a high failure rate for the upper front rubber mount.
