I have checked out the other forums on this and can't find the answer I am looking for so I hope someone can help out with this. I have a 2002 Mercury 9.9 Bigfoot, Elecric start, Tiller model outboard. I am wanting to convert it to a remote unit. I understand I will need a control box and harness, as well as a couple teleflex cables. What can I do as far as the manual operated choke goes, is there an electric choke I can purchase? What size of wire harness am I going to need? What control box and cables will I need for this conversion? If someone has these answers and a place I can purchase them from off the internet it would be greatly appreciated.
