Update : Got that gearcase fixed. It wasn't put together right to begin with and had no lube in gearcase at all.Shifter yoke was in backward's. Clutch dog was damaged and in backward's.Here are a couple of picture's of the dog and the "thing" that was used as a cotter pin to hold the shift lever pin in place. Replaced clutch dog , water pump and all seal's and O ring's all the way out to the shaft housing. No leak's.Ran it for a good hour and a half varing speed but mostly wide open. She really move's that 13' Whaler sport nicely. Smooth as a babie's butt... I expected a lot more damage.Got away with $ 170.00 in part's. Whew ! Do I get a merit badge for a job well done ? Thank's for the help....Mr.Ron

Here is the clutch dog and "The Pin". Clutch dog and shifter were in backward's and the shift pin was held in by the "thing" you see here! Remarkable.......Thank's for the info on the photobucket Commander..
