Definitions please?

Hi.

Some manufacturers define their boat draft as 'draft hull' and I know what that is.

Now I see 'draft max' on some sites. It's usually the draft hull measurement plus 1 foot or more. What is 'draft max' please?

Hey Bob, max draft is the total draft of your vessel, Most boats will be the depth the engine/out drive sticks down.

I wish I knew what mine was. The company out of business so I can't ask them.
