I recently paid $24.99 for an oil filter for my F150. While I have no problem paying a little more for OEM, this just seems excessive. An internet search of Yamaha?s part #69J-13440-00 turned this up.

Here is the list for alternatives for the F-150 Yamaha.
Yamaha part number ? 69J-13440-00
Denso part number ? 115010-6000 (typed on filter)
Same as: Toyota ? 90915-20003

Alternatives:

Purolator PureOne: PL-10241
Purolator Premium Plus: L-10241
Hastings: LF-494
Baldwin: B-1405
WIX 51348
K&N: HP1002
Mobil-1: M1-102
Sierra Marine: 18-7906

I know Wix produces quality filters and Purolator, K&N, and Mobil have good reputations as well. Anyone using any of these?

Go to a Mercury outboard dealer and get a 35-822626T oil filter. It is for the Yamaha built Mercury engine and is the same as the Yamaha filter for half the price.
