We keep a boat in florida on a lift but both engines get a 10 minute flush every time she goes out. We also hose the whole boat down and periodically coat some surfaces with T9-Boeshield. I saw your other thread, we use one of those Perko Flush Pro on our engines. If you are this concerned about it why not consider dry rack storage?

Dry rack storage isn't available anywhere near me. I just don't want to replace 1,000 manifolds/risers too often. I am sure there are many people who don't flush there engines while in the water.
