[Hurdy]

I'm a newbe to this site but this is a great place to swap problems. Anyway I have duel yamaha multifunction guages that both read the same when the port motor is turned on and starboard motor switch is off. I know there is a common buss is there something you have to do so that each meter recognizes the right engine.Motors are 2/225 2006 yamaha 4 strokes with 200 hours.This is makin me crazy trying to figure this out without screwing something else up.Thanx amigos

and your problem is ?
if wired correctly the fuel management,one tach and the speedometer will power up on the same keyswitch.
do you have the older style digital tachs or the command link?
if command link the meters are set up at the PDI, if somehow they get reset you will have to tell them which engine they are hooked to again.

Thanks Rodbolt THATS WHAT IT WAS .They had the starboard motor as 1 and port as 2 and of course it took me a while to figure the right sequence in resetting. Can't believe it was that simple.THANKS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
