1995 Force 90 HP Fuel Pump?

I am planning on installing a fuel pump kit that I just received from iboats. My question - Is this a fairly straight forward repair? Keep parts in order as you take apart and replace with new parts? I do not have a manual yet, so I wanted to get some of your expertise. Anything I need to look out for or should I wait to get a manual? As always, thanks for all the help!!

I have the older figure 8 type pump but have rebuilt similar pumps on my weed wackers and chainsaw. Main thing is to make sure you put the gaskets on in the correct order. When you pull the old ones off sometimes they like fuse together and it is tough to tell which one goes on first or last. When you have all the rubber out of it blast some contact cleaner or WD 40 to clean and dry everything before you put the rubber back on. Keep carb cleaner away from rubber parts cause it will help turn it into plastic.
