If you've got a 60's Evinrude with the access door on the front and you just can't get it to run properly you can use it as a rural mail box like this person. I'm surprised someone hasn't taken parts off it, like the prop. Don't ask me for the part number for the flag.
or maybe it's so rural, only the locals pass by and they usually all know each other... but maybe the most persuasive presides?
