I've owned both engines and I don't think they share the same block. While layout of components is similar, the covers and guards on the engines attach differently and stroke is different, 3.5" vs 3.79" indicating different cranks.
You know what, thats a good question. I think the first thing you should do here is, find out if the F115 and the F150 are basically the same engine just with a bigger piston bore on the F150. Then once you find out that information then you will know if the F115 and F150 are the same engine just with the F150 having a bigger piston bore. Once you have that information then you will know for sure. thats what i would do anyways.
