Re: Mariner 15hp 1970s FUEL CONNECTOR ?

Thanks again .I have tried a standard connector but the actual fuel spiggot coming out of engine is larger 9/32 and aligning spiggot is7/32 .Distance between centres on spiggots is9/16 .The model number is 651s001978 .tried searching on web but to no avail has this been superceded by another number? Hope not to waste too much of youir time ,thanks again

Re: Mariner 15hp 1980s FUEL CONNECTOR

:)Thanks once again, the connector is still available but its over $50 at least youve pointed me in the right direction for spares and info.Had a look at the cowling assembly and it shows the spiggots unscrewed .so will try removing them and replace with modern fittings .Regards Mark UK.
